About this position
At compoou.com we deliver AI, blockchain and data platforms for demanding clients. As a Project Manager you will make sure those projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a standard our clients love.
You will lead several cross-functional teams at once, act as the main point of contact for clients and keep everyone aligned from kickoff to launch and beyond.
This role is based in our Austin office, where you will work side by side with our engineering and design leads.
Responsibilities
Plan and run software projects using Agile and Scrum, from discovery to delivery.
Define scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans with clients and internal teams.
Run sprint ceremonies, track progress and remove blockers for the team.
Manage risks, changes and dependencies, and escalate early when needed.
Report status clearly to clients and leadership through regular updates and demos.
Continuously improve our delivery processes, templates and tools.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing software or technology projects.
Proven track record delivering projects with Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and project budgeting.
PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
