About this position
compoou.com builds AI, data and software products for clients across finance, healthcare, retail and gaming. As a Web Designer you will shape how those products look and feel, from marketing sites to complex analytics dashboards.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers and data scientists to turn ideas and data-heavy requirements into clear, beautiful and accessible interfaces. Your designs will ship to real users within weeks, not months.

Responsibilities
Design responsive websites, landing pages and web app screens from wireframe to high-fidelity prototype.
Create and maintain components in our Figma design system so teams can build consistently.
Turn complex data and AI outputs into dashboards and visualisations that are easy to understand.
Collaborate with front-end engineers during implementation and review builds for visual quality.
Run quick usability tests and use feedback and analytics to improve designs.
Produce marketing visuals, illustrations and social assets that match the brand.
Requirements
1+ year of professional experience in web or UI design, backed by a portfolio.
Strong skills in Figma plus Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and how designs are built in the browser.
Good communication skills and comfort presenting your design decisions.
